A free EMOM timer that logs your reps

Updated

EMOM means every minute on the minute: at the start of each minute you do a set number of reps, then rest for whatever is left of that minute. pushup.cc has a free Timer that cues each set on a beep, lets you set any interval and combine exercises, and logs the reps for you. You can run it solo or in a live room where everyone shares one clock.

How to run an EMOM on pushup.cc

  1. Open Games, then Timer.
  2. Set the interval (60 seconds for EMOM) and the number of sets.
  3. Choose the exercises and reps for each set.
  4. Add more blocks if you want the workout to change part way.
  5. Press start and do a set on each beep. Reps are logged as you go.

Sample workouts

  • Beginner: 10 push ups every minute for 10 minutes (100 push ups)
  • Pull ups: 3 to 5 pull ups every minute for 12 minutes
  • Mixed: 10 push ups and 15 squats every minute for 15 minutes
  • Ladder: two blocks, 5 sets of 8 reps, then 5 sets of 12

Train together

Open a Timer room and share its code. When the host starts, everyone runs off the same clock, wherever they are, so a group can do the same EMOM together.
